MCSA
MCSA program is a software realization of the electrical motor diagnostics by means of Current And Voltage Spectrum Analysis.
The program allows for maintenance of the database for several enterprises simultaneously, with multiple departments and aggregates in each of them. Aggregate, in its turn, can be matched to the multiple files with measurements. With them the program allows for processing of electrical motor current spectrum, and for making a conclusion on different faults of the aggregate, and its operational capability as a whole, as well as for tracking of the electrical motor state changes tendency.
Program of motor diagnostics and monitoring is expanded for cases of motor start; that is especially actual for motor of fire fighting systems.
Besides at start motors work in most intensive regime, therefore malfunctions available in it are shown in a greater degree, than in stationary operating motor mode.
